S.U.C.C.E.S.S. AEIP - Request for Proposal: Website Development & Design

S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Active Engagement and Integration Project (AEIP) is seeking proposals from highly qualified, experienced website development companies to design, develop and enhance our current website for project operations. We want to partner with a consultant that is able to make use of the latest technological enhancements in order to enable advanced navigation, is modern, interactive, and has report generation, e-learning, as well as client management functions. The following Request for Proposal (RFP) outlines a background of our project, organization, challenges with the existing website, desired functionalities and technologies, and project timeline. Although S.U.C.C.E.S.S. AEIP has these specific requirements, we still invite you to share your recommendations that can help us achieve our goals and is realistic within our available budget out lined further below.

This is not a tender. This is a non-binding Request for Proposals (RFP). S.U.C.C.E.S.S. AEIP reserves the absolute right to negotiate with one or more Proponents as it sees fit. Nothing in this RFP shall obligate S.U.C.C.E.S.S. AEIP to enter into a contract with any person.

Executive Summary

Established in 1973 and incorporated in 1974, S.U.C.C.E.S.S. is one of the largest social service agencies in British Columbia, Canada. Funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Active Engagement and Integration Project (AEIP) offers FREE pre-arrival support services to individuals moving to Canada. Services include but are not limited to live chat support, 1-on-1 client support by settlement practitioners, theme focused webinars in areas such as education, job search, healthcare in Canada and more.

The primary services for client support takes place both in-person and online, hence the platform depends heavily on the advanced web technologies that plays a vital role towards AEIP's day-to-day operations. With our client case growing day after day, and new support needs from clients on the rise, the service model for AEIP hence constantly evolves to match those needs, and as the initiative progresses, the platform will need to adapt to change, allowing easy to use functions, high security, good usability, is easy to upgrade, is dynamic, and easily accessible by both the AEIP staff as well as the proponent.
