Niagara Children’s Centre has an immediate opening for a
FULL-TIME HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) MANAGER
Niagara Children’s Centre is recognized throughout the Niagara Region as the provider of rehabilitation and support services to children and youth with physical, developmental and communicative delays and disabilities. Core services include physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language services, augmentative and alternative communication, family services and therapeutic recreation.
The HR Manager will work with the management team and provide guidance, counsel, and direction on human resources, wellness and engagement programs. This role will also lead and coordinate the volunteer and student programs of the Centre, utilizing HR practices with these key program areas of the centre.
The HR Manager will be a forward thinking, proactive and innovative professional who remains current with HR trends and is able to leverage technology to ensure the Centre’s HR needs are being met.
