Salary: $82, 314.00-$95, 969.00 annually-Salary Commensurate with Experience

Position Details
• Reports directly to the Clinical Program Manager
• Accountable for designing, delivering, and supervising a wide range of ABA services to children with autism
• Spearhead innovative approaches that leverage cutting-edge strategies and technologies in transforming the lives of individuals with autism
• Work closely with a team of Autism Services Therapists, Clinical Supervisors, Family Support Coordinators, Intake Coordinator, Managers, Senior Leadership, and other professionals

• Master’s degree in a relevant area: e.g. MA Psychology; Masters of Applied Disability Studies (MADS),
• Must be a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and be eligible to be on the OAP Provider List and the new College of Psychology and Applied Behaviour Analysts?
• Preferred One (1) to Five (5) years’ experience in providing ABA services to children diagnosed with autism and their families, preferably at a supervisor level.
• Must have a valid Province of Ontario driver’s license
• Automobile insurance with a minimum liability of one million dollars for business purposes.
• Current certification in First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (FA/CPR), Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NCVI), Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) & French Language proficiency, written and verbal, are assets.
