The College of Psychologists of Ontario is seeking to hire a parental leave, contract position, full-time Investigations and Resolutions Case Manager. The ideal candidate has demonstrated superior oral and written communication skills, the ability to distill and effectively address the key issues in complex situations, effectiveness in dispute resolution, and knowledge or experience in administrative law and/ or professional regulation. Other desirable qualifications include fluency in both official languages, investigative experience, university level studies in psychology and experience interacting with survivors of abuse.
Responsibilities will include responding to inquiries from the public about concerns regarding psychological services, alternative dispute resolution, investigation of complaints and reports as well as unauthorized practice matters, preparation of case documentation and assistance in drafting committee decisions and reasons.
Currently, the College office is closed and all staff are working remotely due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The interview will be held via Zoom.

This is a full time contract position with an annual salary starting at $80,000 per year.
