About You

You possess a solid understanding of coordinating communication between team members, documenting and recording all activities, progress and reporting results. You have demonstrated experience and skills in submitting accurate proposals and grant applications and writing compelling appeals and letters of acknowledgement. This knowledge is complemented by your proven ability to build strong working relationships and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. You pride yourself on your organizational skills and attention to detail and have a love for project coordination. You are analytical and enjoy using data and creating meaningful reports to inform decision making.  You are methodical, detailed, and an effective problem solver. You have a professional manner and the ability to interact tactfully and diplomatically with a wide variety of people at various organizational levels.

In addition, you will have:

  • 5 or more years experience in revenue development, project management, or related field.
  • University degree (communications, marketing, non-profit management) or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated expert in CRM Database system. Experience with Tessitura an asset
  • Self-motivated and resourceful. Energetic and enjoys a fast paced, dynamic, challenging and team-oriented work environment
  • Strong writing, reading, listening and speaking communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Highly skilled and completely fluent in spoken and written English. Required
  • Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese and read/write traditional or simplified Chinese an asset
