Board Organizer - SFSS
Work with a dynamic Board of Directors committed to advocating for students, building student power, and providing resources and services that represent, connect and benefit the undergraduate student body at Simon Fraser University.
Among the highlights of the duties and responsibilities, the Board Organizer will:
Contribute to effective oversight of Board committees, meetings, minutes and outcomes.
Assist the President and Board members in preparing for meetings, including scheduling, administrative support and the creation of informational materials
Maintain a master calendar of activities and events for the Executive. Arrange meetings, visits, appointments, travel arrangements, logistics coordination and itinerary preparation
Assist with the organizational tracking of the Society's strategic plan and Board yearly plans in collaboration with the Executives and society staff
