Provincial System Support Program
CAMH’s Provincial System Support Program (PSSP) works with partners across Ontario to support the province’s efforts to create sustainable, system-level change in the mental health and addictions system in Ontario. With offices across the province, PSSP is on the ground, collaborating with stakeholders to build a better system through our work in implementation, knowledge exchange, evaluation, information management, health equity and engagement. Gambling, Gaming and Technology Use is part of the PSSP’s Knowledge Exchange Unit and helps to build a better mental health and addiction system in Ontario by supporting addiction and mental health service providers through training and education, developing digital tools and resources, and facilitating knowledge sharing.
Reporting to the Manager of Gambling, Gaming & Technology Use your accountabilities will include online content creation and media design in a variety of digital formats including development of interactive components and formatting of content into web and eLearning (Moodle) platforms. You will be required to edit, format and embed audio files, images and videos. The Communications Coordinator (Website Administrator) will also be required to work with content developers to create learning objects in multiple formats including Articulate Storyline, HP5 and HTML5. It is expected you will assist with ongoing web and mobile application improvements as well as end-user testing. You will provide web analytics and system administration support to web sites and online learners as required. You will support graphic and production design requirements for knowledge exchange resources and products including handbooks, digital marketing and printable document formats. The successful candidate will have a master’s degree and three years of experience in the development and delivery of e-learning and web-based resources. Advanced experience with learning management systems such as Moodle and eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline is required. Advanced experience with front-end web development (e.g., HTML, CSS, jQuery and Bootstrap framework) and content management systems is required. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator and Photoshop) is required. Experience with editing software such as Final Cut Pro is required. You possess analytical and problem solving abilities, organizational and time management skills as well as sound judgment. You are enthusiastic, flexible and capable of working independently and in a team setting, and can demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and can work well under pressure. You have the ability to work effectively in a wide range of settings with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
Please note: This full-time, permanent position is part of the OPSEU bargaining unit.
Salary Range: $31.88 – $43.01 per hour
