Commission Analyst
The Commission Analyst position provides analysis and information related to variable payroll costs. This person will work individually and in a team environment to support company objectives, and will liaison with other departments and contacts as necessary.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Preparation of monthly commissions file, including all calculations related to coworker variable compensation, while ensuring accuracy of payments
- Review, update and complete individual commission statements for all coworkers receiving variable pay
- Process manual adjustments for sales commission calculations (as required)
- Process applicable monthly accounting journal entries as part of the month-end close accounting schedule
- Consistently review the commission process, while making applicable improvement recommendations to direct manager
- Reporting and analysis of the customer account reassign process
- Sales incentive (SPIFFS) reporting and payment processing for the sales team
- Completion of various sales productivity analysis and reporting
- Responsibilities

Qualifications
Minimum Education and/or Experience Qualifications
- College diploma
- 2-3 years of commissions experience
Other Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, specifically Excel, Word & Outlook
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with internal and external customers, as well as levels of management
- Ability to work effectively in high growth environment and rapidly changing organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Three years related compensation experience
