As a result of our continued growth, we’re seeking an Associate to join our dynamic and collaborative teams in Ottawa. You will be a key member of the search team, primarily responsible for identifying and developing qualified candidates. In this capacity, you will deliver on the research, sourcing, and screening of candidates, and will play a key client and candidate management role. You combine natural business acumen and strong presentation skills with a high level of attention to detail. A strong work ethic and ability to grasp complex issues quickly is essential for success. In this role, you are just as comfortable with presenting to a Board of Directors as you are with reaching out to potential executive candidates.
A university degree is a requirement. This is a full-time position and the successful applicant must be available to accept a full-time schedule.
