The BSIP Program has hundreds of roles that are segmented into six streams. We’re hiring for all six steams in several geographic locations across Canada and the US. Review all six streams and choose how you will grow by applying online.
What you will do
Consistently provide outstanding customer service through greeting and serving the transactional banking needs of all private banking clients promptly, courteously, knowledgeably and professionally, always striving to exceed customer expectations.
Recognize the appropriate time to proactively identify and discuss clients’ needs; initiating referrals in order to add value to the customer relationship and achieve individual and branch objectives/targets.
Ensure compliance and adherence to Bank policies and procedures and completion of required operational effectiveness activities as they relate to but not limited to, privacy, money laundering and fraud. Assist with branch administration and operations through completion of assigned tasks to ensure an effectively and efficiently operating branch.
- Customer service and sales roles are located in our Personal and Commercial banking groups

- Provides basic information about potential solutions and their benefit to the customer
- Ability to adapt to a changing industry environment, and maintain currency of skill

If you are selected for an interview you will be contacted by a Campus Recruiter between November 27, 2017 and March 16, 2018 to discuss your qualifications and potential fit for the internship program.
If you are successful, a second round interview with the hiring manager will follow. The hiring manager will discuss the specifics of the role and provide a more detailed job description.
