The Brand team works collaboratively with all business units to ensure brand consistency across Bell communications including digital experiences and sponsorship activations. Brand also supports our sponsorship, web presence, social media and market insights teams.
This position supports the Senior Manager on digital brand initiatives that are delivered through bell.ca.
The Analyst will act as a subject matter expert in Web Analytics (strategy, requirements, implementation, validation, reporting) within the organization and promote the use of data to help drive strategic decisions regarding online customer experiences and e-commerce activities.
The role requires a candidate with a commitment to continued learning and the ability to act proactively to improve web strategies and procedures.
What you’ll be doing
Perform trending analysis, identify major deviations and opportunities.
Conduct thorough investigation of the bell.ca visitor’s online behaviour and share findings & recommendations with team members and stakeholders.
Establish, implement and manage data collection mechanism required to produce weekly, monthly and had hoc reports.
Support internal partners with tagging requirements for new projects/initiatives.
Support internal and external partners with pertinent/related metrics and analysis.
Leverage tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics platforms to conduct ongoing performance analyses to understand customer behaviour.
What we’re looking for
University degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent work experience.
Strong analytical, judgment and conceptual ability is critical.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources.
Experience in Web Analytics core competencies.
Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics tools is an advantage but not mandatory.
Bilingual – English and French spoken and written
Data and details oriented.
Autonomous and proactive.
Ability to provide ongoing insights on issues and initiatives.
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
