Job Title: Technician – Control Center, Dispatch, Télébec

Position summary:

The technician-control center (dispatch) is responsible for coordinating the execution of the various works (orders, projects, trouble tickets, maintenance work, etc.) which must be carried out by the technicians under his responsibility, in compliance with the corporate priorities and established budgets, throughout the territory served.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and distribute the work of technicians throughout the territory
  • Ensure the provision of service to internal and external customers at the designated time (negotiated dates)
  • Rigorously monitor the movements of technicians to ensure their efficiency and safety
  • Be able to impose corporate directives on other technicians
  • Update several databases (working hours, holidays, etc.)
  • Perform any related work that is necessary

 

Minimum requirements:

  • DEC. in administration or electronics or the equivalent in work experience
  • Workforce management experience
  • Strong leadership
  • Geographic knowledge of the territory
  • Knowledge of IT tools in a Windows environment
  • Bilingualism
