JOB OVERVIEW

If you have a keen interest in human resources and would like to have an impact on the professional development of employees, the position of Talent Management Coordinator is an opportunity not to be missed!

Reporting to the Talent Management and Performance Management Advisors, your role will be to support these two areas, at a corporate level, to support our Quebec and Ontario clients. In this administrative position, analytical, communication and organizational skills will be necessary for your success.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in the smooth operation of talent/performance management activities whose goal is to provide development and growth opportunities to all employees.

 

  • Create and coordinate various development events: workshops, trainings, conferences, onboarding of new managers, videos etc...
  •  
  • Respond to internal customer requests, communicate reports to senior management, facilitate a collaborative space, design and publish a newsletter.
  •  
  • Support users with the LinkedIn Learning (e-learning) and Career Zone (integrated human resources management system) platforms.
  •  
  • Ensure the updating and accuracy of Excel reports to monitor team activities, conduct data analysis and make optimization recommendations.

 

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field, such as human resources management, business administration;
  • Bilingualism (French and English) essential;
  • Diplomacy, discretion, confidentiality;
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and produce results in a complex, dynamic and constantly changing work environment;
  • Strong teamwork skills;
  • Analytical skills, organizational skills, excellent attention to detail and thoroughness;
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word);
  • Experience with an HR data management system such as SAP (an asset).

 

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Work profile: Remote
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Type of position: Professional (P1) (non-unionized), temporary (1 year)
  • Workplace : Boucherville OR Anjou, Quebec
