Our Corporate Security & Responsibility, Communications, Human Resources, Procurement & Value Creation and Real Estate teams work collaboratively to drive our corporate strategy forward.

Under the supervision of the Senior Manager - Supplier, Web and Cloud Assurance - Corporate Security, this individual will be responsible for systems support and automation enabling the assessment of supplier information risks across BCE and its affiliated companies.

Job Duties/Accountabilities:

  • Assist with the design and coding of workflows and questionnaires within the RSAM and Jira applications.
  • Engage other teams within Corporate Security for process improvement and workflow requirements.
  • Conduct Supplier Security Assessments for the determination of information security risks and required mitigation.
  • Engage other teams within Corporate Security for risk assessment and other functions.
  • Demonstrate professionalism in carrying out responsibilities while providing excellent service to internal partners.

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

  • University/College education in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

  • Advanced computer skills:  proficient in MS Excel, Access and Project, and ability to quickly learn proprietary systems.
  • Experience with HP-Asset Manager or a similar asset tracking application is an asset.
  • Experience coding various language and databases.
  • Strong analytical / problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral, written, and group communication skills.
  • Strong team player; demonstrates initiative; has a strong desire to succeed.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and flexible with the ability to adapt to a complex and quickly-changing environment.
  • Ability to be decisive, remain calm, and cope with various levels of stress.
  • Bilingual English and French (written and oral) is an asset.
  • Understanding of ISO 27001/27002, or other similar security frameworks such as CCNA, ITIL, CoBiT, NIST, TOGAF would be beneficial.

Working Conditions:

  • Must pass a security clearance check including criminal record check.
  • Must be able to obtain a Government of Canada Security Clearance.

NOTE :  All Corporate Security personnel are required to sign a letter of non-disclosure which prevents them from divulging sensitive information that they may be exposed to during their assignment.  This policy is strictly enforced.
