The Bell Media team creates and delivers the best Canadian and international content across our digital media, television, radio, and out-of-home advertising platforms. Responsibilities:

  • Use administrator level expertise to develop ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
  • Configure Salesforce CRM to meet business needs.
  • Technical maintenance of the Salesforce CRM to improve system and user efficiency - i.e. removal / addition of users, merging of client accounts, report / dashboard building, etc.
  • Technical expertise to resolve issues independently or working with external vendors to identify and fix.
  • Determines changes required to the Salesforce CRM through meeting with stakeholders and analysing business needs to devise a solution.  This may involve writing detailed change requests, engaging with vendors, testing deliverables, etc.
  • Assist instructors in support the business with complex issues and providing potential solutions.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, etc.
  • Liaising between the business units.
  • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in I.T., management of information systems, or work equivalent.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of change management, project management, and process improvement principles.
  • Expert technical knowledge and hands-on development experience of Salesforce CRM.
  • Knowledge on reporting platforms like MicroStrategy.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • A high sense of curiousity and attention to detail.
  • A keen analytic mindset with proactive thinking.
  • Self-starter and motivator that will challenge the status quo, ask the right questions, and influence others.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, manage competing priorities, and maintain flexibility.
  • Appreciation for the need to quickly execute in an agile environment.
  • Ability to take charge on assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative and decision-making skills required.  Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
