Position: Senior Coordinator Relationship Marketing, Agency Québec , Bell Media, Non-mgmt

Location: 1717 Rene Levesque Blvd E, Montreal (Quebec)

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week; overtime as required

Mission:

The Bell Media Agency Quebec is made up of experts in various fields who are dedicated to promoting our company's rich portfolio of brands across all touchpoints. The Agency's brand marketing management team is a group of passionate professionals with the skills needed to manage all of Bell Media's brands within a constantly evolving environment. Everyone works closely with other departments to achieve Bell Media's business objectives.

The relationship marketing coordinator is responsible for conceiving, developing and implementing relationship marketing campaigns on digital platforms for Bell Media's various entertainment and lifestyle brands. Under the supervision of the digital media, marketing and media planning manager and working in close collaboration with the different brand management teams and digital product teams, the coordinator conceives and develops relationship marketing strategies and tactics aimed at increasing the engagement of target audiences and growing subscriptions to our digital platforms, based on effective segmentation of our audiences.

The coordinator must work in accordance with the standards recognized and established by the company, the department's objectives and Bell Media's mission and values.

Nature and Scope of Position:

As part of the Agency, the senior coordinator, relationship marketing:

  • Coordinates and optimizes the internal email platform for Bell Media brands (sending emails, segmentation, personalization, A/B tests, etc.)
  • Helps to create a content calendar with communications aimed at customers (emails and personalized messages based on their behaviour)
  • Analyzes customer profiles, including managing the database and implementing strategy aligned with the needs of various stakeholders
  • Tests new segmentation ideas and tactics in order to determine their impact on various customer categories
  • Helps to develop relationship marketing expertise for the purpose of understanding customer behaviour on different platforms
  • Liaises with the marketing and product teams and advises them on customer acquisition and retention on all digital platforms, including techniques for achieving these goals
  • Creates and shares performance reports and explains and summarizes the results and user behaviour in order to recommend changes to campaigns in progress or new projects
  • Monitors competitors' actions with regard to relationship marketing
  • Provides other support required by media and digital product teams

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Training in marketing, business intelligence, e-commerce or other equivalent background
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience with various relationship marketing platforms
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics essential
  • Experience with Facebook Business Manager an asset
  • Knowledge of TV and traditional/digital media fields an asset
  • Demonstrates good judgement, initiative and independence
  • Strong capacity for analysis and synthesis
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent capacity to work under pressure and handle stress along with demonstrated ability to adapt to change
  • Intermediate-level proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office software
  • Fluent in French (both written and oral)
  • Bilingual

Bilingualism is required (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
