The Channel Enablement Take to Market team plays an essential role in supporting the Corporate Stores to meet their objectives by delivering programs and support elements with execution excellence. Our team works with various teams from Bell Mobility, Virgin Mobile and Bell Residential Services to support flawless execution into our Corporate Stores.

 The Channel Enablement team is seeking a passionate, detailed, organized and analytical candidate for the position of Sales and Marketing co-ordinator. As our co-ordinator, your main responsibility is to understand the promotional/pricing, the regional competitive landscape, understand what is driving sales performance and analyze the effectiveness of channel programs. The successful candidate should be flexible in the scope of work as it will continue to grow and evolve as the needs of our business changes.

 

Your main responsibilities include:

 Flawless execution

  • Write simple communications and scaling the execution effort to the priority and volume of sales
  • Manage email Inbox and various messaging groups, replying to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Develop sales tools and summaries to enable Store Managers and Regional Managers to drive store productivity
  • For all portfolio, understands the competitive landscape and how Bell competes, identifying gaps that would impact sales

 

Measurement & Reporting

  • Complete analysis of portfolio results, offer usage and make recommendations for improvements
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to understand the sales performance expectation
  • Measure program sales results
  • Follow up on outstanding action items from Executive sales calls

 

Critical Qualifications/Competencies

  • Bachelors or other equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Experience in Wireless Telco and bilingualism are assets
  • Strategic minded: Support the Corporate Store strategy and articulate the “why” to all key stakeholders
  • Customer focus: Keep the experience of our customers, their buying experience, and the front line rep at the forefront of decisions
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to build strong partnerships at all management levels using both written and verbal communication
  • Able to accomplish work with minimum supervision: self-starter, eager to get going
  • Organized and detailed: Ability to manage competing tasks, meet deadlines and find ways to continually improve
  • Analytical: Curious and focussed on using data to determine the core problem. Can look at data, pull out trends and summarize recommendations

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
