At Bell, we do more than build world-class networks, develop innovative services and create original multiplatform media content - we're revolutionizing how Canadians communicate.

If you're ready to bring game-changing ideas to life and join a community that values bold ideas, professional growth and employee wellness, we want you on the Bell team.

We're proud to be Canada's leading provider of broadband network and communication services for businesses and governments.

Your Role:

As Product Manager your role would be to participate in the planning, definition, development of the overall product experience and management of the end to end life cycle for a product and contribute directly to the execution of the Bell Business Markets (BBM) strategy. You would partner with the BBM sales and marketing teams, finance, operations teams, vendors and other Bell product management teams to meet these objectives.

In your day to day you could find yourself:

  • Acting as the champion for the product, ensuring that internal teams understand role of the product in the BBM portfolio.  This will require passion for all core product elements - the core product and feature set, the ordering & billing experience, the installation and repair experience, user guides, etc.
  • Delivering on financial objectives, including forecasting and managing demand for the product
  • Building and maintaining in-depth understanding of the competitive service offerings and the relative strengths/weaknesses of the Bell product lineup
  • Contributing these insights on financial objectives towards the development of a product roadmap will help guide long-term investment strategies
  • Defining product features and functional requirements and building a service description to meet business objectives and market needs
  • Working with the key delivery teams and acting as the Product Owner to ensure service description and requirements are properly delivered, on time and on schedule
  • Working with marketing to develop value propositions, sales tools and collateral
  • Delivering on financial objectives, including business cases development, forecasting and managing demand for the product and features

Professional Qualifications We Value:

  • A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering, completed by the start date
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically
  • Solid financial and business acumen - experience with business case modelling is a strong asset
  • Proficiency in desktop productivity tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.) assumed

Personal Attributes We Value:

  • A natural, born leader with the ability to impact, influence and engage team members
  • Excellent communication skills and tenacity; this product manager will need to be able to affect change in cross-functional areas where you have no direct management accountability
  • A hunger to embrace new technologies and define how they can help Canadian businesses
  • Strong customer focus
  • Passion for both marketing and technology - ability to translate between the two disciplines
  • Task and action oriented, focused on getting the job done, with the ability to handle multiple priorities

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
