  • Structured change. Assist in the implementation of the new solutions by providing subject matter expert support in the change management plan
  • Team work. Work with Business Stakeholders, Operations Teams, Development Teams, Technical SMEs, and Leadership to ensure that the solutions provided align with the business requirements and business objectives

  • Recommend changes to established methods, propose alternative and new solutions to improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure detailed documentation of business requirements and operational methods
  • Support Trainers and provide information to help build the training strategy
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • Certification in Project Management and/or Business Analysis and/or project delivery experience as a Business Analyst or Project Management
  • A Bachelor’s degree completed before the program start date
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Change Management, Project Management and Process Improvement principles
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Conceptual thinking and creative problem solving skills
  • Ability to lead and influence others
  • Collaboration and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and technical skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

If you have one of these, it’s even better:

  • A degree in business management, IT, management of information systems
  • Project/Product knowledge and experience within the telecom industry
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is a great asset to work on customer deals, but is required for positions in Quebec
  • Experience working with operational teams

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
