Events and Activations Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activations, events and remote broadcasts for Rouge and Énergie stations, including the biggest music festivals
  • Participate and/or supervise various events and activations as assigned
  • Insure the timely delivery of all projects based on timelines and demands
  • Coordinate, train, recruit, motivate and supervise a team of promotional agents
  • Ensure proper care, maintenance and inventory management of all activation material and car fleet
  • Find and negotiate production of promotional items, materials and services for various projects based on allocated budgets
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, partners and internal teams
  • Ideation of various decors and set design for events, video shoots and special occasions

 

Promotions Responsibilities:

  • Manage prizing, write up rules and regulations, coordinate waivers and compile winners reports for the RACJ
  • Create post-mortem reports and compile all relevant materials (number of participants, costs, digital stats, photos & videos, etc.)
  • Contact winners and provide flawless customer service
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, partners and internal teams
  • Create presentation documents
  • Support each station’s promotions coordinator
  • Various other administrative tasks

 

Operations Responsibilities:

  • All related tasks relative to the management of the activities of the radio station

 

Required Skills and Aptitudes:

  • Interest and aptitude for administrative tasks
  • Interest in organizing promotions
  • Being organized, aptitudes in planning and supervising
  • Being able to manage multiple priorities
  • Autonomy
  • Being able to face unexpected situations and to work under pressure
  • Interest for working with the public
  • Showing initiatives and being able to handle responsibilities
  • Creativity, dynamism, and ability for teamwork
  • Remarkable ability for closely following projects
  • Bilingualism, English and French (spoken and written)
  • College diploma or an equivalent
  • People skills and ability to develop and keep good interpersonal relationships
  • Driver’s License

 

Preferred Skills:

  • 1-2 years experience in  communications, marketing or any-related field
  • Knowledge of radio broadcasting field (an asset)
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint and Excel)

 

Schedule:

  • Full time flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Combination of working on site, on the road and at home

 

Bilingualism is required (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
