The Shared Services group is currently seeking a dynamic, high performing individual who possesses a solid background in Field Services, Analytics and Project Delivery to join our team.

The successful incumbent will be responsible to act as a Field Services Project Delivery Leader. In this key role, you must have a strong understanding of the Project Delivery process, data analytics, end to end processes, development of business and system requirements, the ability to meet tight timelines, the self-determination to drive results, and the experience in presenting to Director level and above.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Project Delivery analyst for $8M in IT Capital
  • Project Delivery analyst for the WTTH Project
  • Project Delivery Lead &/or Analyst roles on other Field Services projects generating cost-effective process improvements to existing bell applications and tools
  • Gather requirements that deliver a user focused solution for tools and processes
  • Create business cases and assessments to determine impacts for different projects
  • Prepare presentations for the Senior Management team
  • Ad-hoc analysis

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Ability to influence and implement change in other business units; change management experience
  • Proven analytical / problem solving ability with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong aptitude to recognize opportunities for improvement and take appropriate action
  • Ability to lead projects that drive impactful changes to the business
  • An understanding of the Bell Assurance and Provisioning processes and tools
  • Must be proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS excel
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Highly analytical and curious
  • Confident and demonstrated strong leadership
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment with high tolerance to change management
  • Comfortable in working in a virtual environment (i.e. conference calls, video conference)
  • Results oriented
  • Self motivated, autonomous
  • Strong Self Management capability to work with multi-disciplinary tasks and projects
  • Flexible to work under pressure and meet deadlines, displays high sense of urgency
  • Ability to travel at times for requirements gathering and deployments

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
