The Graduate Leadership Program aims to develop future leaders of Bell, who will help us reach our goal of being recognized as Canada’s leading communications company. New grads get the opportunity to work with the hottest technologies, discover the latest in mobility, and manage the largest data set in Canada to provide actionable insights that influence business decisions across the company. This unique and accelerated program will not only give you extensive knowledge and experience working on complex business issues, it will also enable you to develop your leadership skills. 

How the program works:

The Graduate Leadership Program allows you the opportunity to enhance your professional skills, by exploring different facets of our organization through a variety of rotational roles.

The program will consist of several experiences (4 rotations) that will expose you to roles in the following areas:

  • Call Centre/Customer Experience
  • Retail
  • Strategy and Analytics
  • Business Intelligence
  • Product and Pricing
  • Marketing and Sales
  • AI and Machine Learning

Upon completion of the program, you will have the knowledge, skills, network, and breadth of experience to help transform the organization and become the next generation of leaders at Bell.

  • Explore rotations in following business units:  Customer Operations, Business Intelligence, Mobility, Residential, Bell Media, as well as at Virgin and The Source; final landing roles are also available on these teams.
  • Learn, grow and bond with other program grads at off-site events.

Required Competencies:

  • A Bachelor’s degree completed before the program start date
  • Graduates from business, business technology management, engineering, computer science, math/statistics, economics, business analytics, social sciences
  • Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, leadership and a passion for learning new skills
  • Interest in driving change and taking on new challenges
  • You are analytical, and can see beyond the numbers to determine the business impact driven by insights and metrics
  • You understand the basic principles of working with large and complex datasets
  • Introductory experience or desire to learn data tools and software such as SQL, SAS, Tableau and MicroStrategy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Flexibility to work in different locations within the Greater Toronto Area, or within Montreal
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset in Ontario and a requirement in Quebec
