Expertech Network Installation is a major network infrastructure service provider for the wireline and wireless broadband technology market and employs over 860 experts: managers, technicians and administrative staff in Quebec and Ontario. 

The Expertech team is responsible for provisioning Bell Canada’s network, ensuring the job is completed on time, within budget, and to the customer’s quality standards.  Expertech is Bell’s single point of contact in meeting their customer provisioning service needs while adding value through an experienced and dedicated workforce.

 Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:



  • This position is Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week required.


  • May update job logs and status of the job and investigate material status (has it been ordered) to ensure that the job is on schedule.
  • May input time sheets into SAP to create accurate paycheques for technicians.
  • May transfer vehicles before cut off date to ensure correct billings.
  • May sort and distribute incoming mail to employees in the office location.
  • May send via email specifications to job coordinators, project management associates, quoters in Expertech
  • May be asked to request permits as needed
  • Performs related duties as assigned. May perform other duties as assigned




Educational Level Required:


  • The minimum education level that is required in order to start working in this position is the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) in Ontario, the Quebec Secondary V Leaving Certificate in Quebec, or equivalent work experience. Computer Skills
  • Post secondary certificate or diploma in Business Administration or another related field (and/or equivalent experience). Would be an asset

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detail oriented, team player who is able to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and motivational skills



Techincal Knowledge:


  • Microsoft Office Suite:  Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Internet: Email





Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
