The Coordinator - Partnerships & Business Development will work to identify, build and

nurture new and existing retail partnerships for The Source.


Utilizing the assets and resources both within The Source and broader Bell organization, they will

rally and lead cross-functional teams across Merchandising (Product), Marketing, Digital, Sales, IT,

Finance, Legal, etc. to bring new opportunities to life in a mutually beneficial way.


Applying an owner’s mindset, they will often need to be the face of their programs outside of The

Source, whether working directly with vendors, strategic partners and/or customers, allowing them

to assume end-to-end responsibility for the opportunities they create.


Key Responsibilities

  • Quarterback campaigns and programs, working cross-functionally with stakeholders to brief on and execute a marketing strategy
  • Conduct analyses of existing marketing tactics to optimize program performance and develop key learnings
  • Coordinate with the Merchandising team to ensure product LTO offer execution remains on-track
  • Create compelling presentations to obtain buy-in and alignment from the executive team and key stakeholders
  • Support program reporting on a regular basis, highlighting trends and identifying channel / market opportunities
  • Coordinate tactical activities with cross-functional teams to develop and/or improve businesses and channels within the portfolio
  • Connect and engage with vendor and partner community to pursue new opportunities


  • Experience in product/program development, marketing, partnerships, or take-to-market
  • Ability to operationalize conceptual strategy into concrete, executable plans
  • Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
  • Comfort operating in an environment where priorities and responsibilities evolve rapidly
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions
  • Self-starter with exceptional time management and planning skills
