We are seeking a results-oriented individual to provide HR consulting for the Bell Media team.  In this role, you will partner with managers to develop and implement HR solutions that support business objectives and drive engagement, performance and talent while ensuring compliance of all internal policies and Federal/Provincial laws.

  • Employee and Labour Relations – Partner and provide key advice on Human Resources and Labour Relations strategies impacting client initiatives, ensuring strong employee/union relations maintained & achieving key success for the business. Provide professional guidance in all matters of discipline, collective agreement application including the grievance process, performance management, and absenteeism management, etc

  • Talent Management - Provide program management (planning, risk mitigation, communication, rollout) for the implementation of a wide range of Corporate HR programs that support performance, talent and engagement

  • HR Analytics – Analyze data and interpret results and implications to support management decision making

  • Talent Acquisition – Partner with managers to identify talent needs required to support business objectives. Develop and implement plans to acquire, develop and retain talent. Work closely with Bell’s centralized Talent Acquisition team

  • Change Management - Understand business change initiatives.  Work with key stakeholders to support them in developing the case for change. Identify the potential HR and people implications of these changes

  • Help lead key HR projects to drive the business forward



  • University degree

  • Minimum 3 years experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role

  • Experience coaching and providing feedback to managers

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters with tact, diplomacy and empathy

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure

  • Continuous learner with a passion to stay current on the latest HR practices and to share insights with others

  • Strong analysis and problem solving skills. Highly curious to dig deep with issues

  • Team player who values collaboration

  • Bilingual written and spoken skills are a must

  • Knowledge of Excel; building basic formulas, charts and graphs, creating dynamic reports with PivotTables, manipulating large amounts of data with accuracy







Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
