Bell’s forward-thinking Customer Operations team is creating the ultimate service experience for our residential, wireless and small business consumers. We lead strategic development and execution of day-to-day operations, develop tools and processes to drive service enhancements, manage customer loyalty and retention, and leverage big data and artificial intelligence to create intellectual property.

Customer Representative for the Accessibility Team,
Your responsibility as an Accessibility Customer Representative involves understanding customer requests, while simultaneously working to promote and support products (telephony, internet, TV and Mobility) for new and existing customers. You must also resolve billing issues and maintain account information for clients with disabilities.
Critical Qualifications / Competencies:
- Ability to communicate in French and English - mastery of the language without any significant restriction
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to learn in a changing environment
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Knowledge of BRS products
- A good understanding of people who may live with a disability
Working Conditions Details:
- Business hours: Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Bilingualism is required (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
