Job Duties / Accountabilities:

  • Extract data to create and produce standard and ad hoc analysis reports.
  • Develop mechanized solutions and generate recommendations after analyzing requests from various sources internal and external
  • Answer ad hoc requests from report users regarding data, metrics, interpreting reports, report usage, data sources
  • Be proactive in identifying & communicating unusual fluctuations
  • Train and support users on the applications and systems of the accounts payable group
  • Communicate and negotiate effectively with all levels within the company and internal / external partners
  • Maintain and update systems and process
  • Analyze, investigate and take the necessary corrective measures to ensure the integrity of the accounts payable
  • Initiate and resolve escalations with suppliers regarding billing disputes
  • Vendors statement account audit

Essential Qualifications / Competencies:

  • Basic knowledge in accounting or equivalent working experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving
  • SQL advanced level for Teradata tool
  • MS Excel basic level
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Constant attention to detail and accuracy
  • Autonomy, initiative, creativity and ability to work within a specific time
  • Team spirit, positive attitude and winning
  • Bilingual (French and English)

Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:

  • MS Access basic level
  • Knowledge SAP
  • DEP or AEC or DEC in accounting

Additional Information:

Please note that candidates will have to pass a test to assess their skills in accounting


Bilingualism is required (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
