The Role

The MDU Sales Operations team at Bell is currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual, preferably with data-entry experience, to assist in providing temporary administrative help. This is an opportunity for an individual looking to work in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging environment.

Reporting to the Channel Operations Manager, the successful candidate will support the Sales and Sales Operations teams with administrative assistance. In this role, the candidate will assist in facilitating the collection and entry of sales information throughout the implementation of new sales support processes.


  • Transcribing information from audio recordings to tracking documents
  • Liaising between customers, sales staff and sales operations team members
  • Accurately reporting progress and results daily

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Computer proficiency including word processing and basic Excel
  • Personable with a team focused attitude
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Punctual and reliable in attendance and meeting deadlines
  • Data entry experience is an asset

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
