Your main responsibilities:

  • Help develop and implement user experience, SEO and accessibility strategies
  • Recommend Web development initiatives and natural referencing and personalization strategies, in collaboration with external providers
  • Recommend and prioritize initiatives
  • Manage and track the design of digital projects through to the launch phase
  • Facilitate planning sprints; track projects in Asana/Jira and keep tools up to date
  • Facilitate weekly follow-ups with external partners
  • Interpret competitive analyses and audits: keywords, awareness, inbound links, etc.
  • Analyze the organic on-site and off-site performance results of the digital ecosystem
  • Improve dashboards and quarterly reports, identifying SEO performance indicators based on client objectives
Your Skills
  • University degree in a related field
  • At least three years of experience in a similar role
  • Passion for technology
  • B2C digital marketing experience
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with various partners
  • Spoken and written bilingualism (English and French)


  • Strong grasp of SEO best practices
  • Excellent knowledge of technological and technical aspects of referencing (e.g., URL structure)
  • Proficiency with Google Search Console
  • Excellent knowledge of SERP analytical tools

Project management:

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Proficiency with Agile methodology
  • Technical writing skills (functional analysis)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good knowledge of Jira and/or Asana
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative; organizational skills (key competencies)

Performance measurement :

  • Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
  • Comfortable with data analysis
  • Knowledge of getStats (asset)
