Alert Labs is a start-up, innovating in the IoT (Internet of Things) space by offering affordable, simple to deploy, and reliable sensor-network solutions to our target market segments. Alert Labs Inc. was established in early 2015 with three experienced, driven, and dedicated founders.

Early on, the team was awarded a sizeable grant from the Accelerator Centre JumpStart program. Through AC JumpStart, Alert Labs gained access to critical seed funding and a year of mentorship from world-class business experts in finance, sales, marketing & communications, human resources, leadership & culture, technology & product development. Alert Labs is in the prototype phase of building IoT hardware, software, web-based, and mobile solutions.

We are entrepreneurs working in the energizing Accelerator Centre space next-door to the University of Waterloo. We are passionate about what we do and are driven to create great solutions, but we value results, not hours worked.
