Hello everyone, thanks for joining us today! My name is Veronica and I’ll be moderating today’s chat.

We’re kicking off Office Hours with Molson Coors – this is your chance to submit your career questions to their team and get answers direct from the source.

Now, if you haven’t attended Office Hours before, I’ll explain how this works. Over the next hour, you can submit your questions through the live chat box. Our guest eggs-perts will be answering as many of them as they can, so please be patient if your questions doesn’t get answered right away.

If you pre-registered for our event and submitted an advance question, you can sit back and relax! Of course, if you have additional questions you’d like to ask, you can still submit them live at any time during the event.

Hello, I am a recent graduate that studied International Business for a 4 year degree program at Humber. My program had its fair share of marketing courses but my degree is broad in a sense. My question is, how much am I at a disadvantage applying to marketing jobs? On top of that, the position I want is an Account Coordinator role which in my opinion doesn’t need a marketing background per say.

Comment From Sophie/HRSpecialist@molsoncoors
Hi Andrew, it would not be a disadvantage We don’t have a Account Coordinator role specifically in Molson. However, we do have level entry role like assistant channel marketing, program development role in our marketing organisation role.
