Depending on your previous experiences prior to MBA class, you may or may not qualify for our new graduate roles. In this case, you will need to apply to our mid-career experienced roles.

Hi Anton! Suncor has operations across Canada, and because of this we hire students and new graduates from post-secondary institutions across the board and different provinces. A student from Ontario would be considered for roles in Alberta if they meet the requirements of the job and are seen as a great match for the team. In addition, people relocating to join our operations may be offered temporary housing and mortgage assistance.

Essentially, we’re looking for the best well rounded candidate! You just need to ensure that you meet the requirements outlined in our job description for the specific role, as some have more professional experience requirements than others.
