Unless you're Margaret Cho (http://twitter.com/margaretcho), who Tweets the most vulgar stuff I've ever read, or John Mayer (http://twitter.com/johncmayer), whose Tweets make no sense whatsoever possibly because he's too high to realize what he's Tweeting. I follow ~100 people and I've never seen anything inappropriate or too odd. However, my standards for appropriateness and odd may be more lax than some.
