Program details

The Sun Life Risk Management Program, under the Rotational Leadership Development Program umbrella, provides a unique opportunity to gain specialized experience in an accelerated development manner. Through three twelve-month rotations you will gain general risk management and compliance knowledge, expand your knowledge of risk management principles, and concept of risk appetite, and how it is articulated in compliance; market risk, and credit risk.

Career Development

The accelerated nature of this program provides individuals with early leadership opportunities and interaction with the Risk Management Executive Team and other senior leaders in the company. Upon completion of the three-year program, we expect your next role in the organization to be in your area of specialization, however, this will depend on your career aspirations, the needs of the organization and your standing over the duration of the program.

  • Candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited Business undergraduate program
  • A passion for learning, taking initiative and working collaboratively across various cultures to achieve results
