Professional Services Operations Analyst

The Professional Services Operations Analyst plays a key role in the presales process by owning the finalization of the legal project documentation required to initiate a service engagement. This resource follows and coordinates various elements to ensure quality and legal requirements are met in a service engagement opportunity

As our Professional Services Operations Analyst, you will:

  • Work in conjunction with Sales Executives, Solution Architects, Services Managers, and the PMO to deliver and a polished product for our end clients
  • Manage and execute project booking activities in PSA tool
  • Delivery on project and process improvement initiatives
  • Work with IT, Practice Leaders and other business units to maintain and improve SOW process tools
  • Work with Project Managers, Delivery Management, and PS Operations team to ensure reviews are done within SLAs

As our ideal candidate you’ll also have:

  • 1+ years experience with Project, Consulting or Service Delivery organizations is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with senior management and other business units
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel & Word programs
  • Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
  • Strong customer orientation with a high degree of initiative and a sense of urgency
  • Self-driven, motivated to excel, ability to work with minimal supervision, and maintain productivity
  • Strong focus on company processes, ensuring all pre-established business standards are met
