New Graduate Leadership Development Program – Media Business Unit

Gain cross-functional experience across our various Business Units with the Rogers New Grad Leadership Development Program and kick-start your career with us! Your Business Unit:

At Rogers, we create compelling content that engages audiences across every device. Our Media Business Unit (MBU) shapes an iconic portfolio of award-winning TV, Radio, Sports and Publishing assets – from Sportsnet to Maclean's, Chatelaine to the Toronto Blue Jays, our unique asset mix gives Canadians access to a variety of entertainment and lifestyle content choices.

Your Potential Roles:

Your Experience:

  • Enrollment in a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma in Graphic Design, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent to be completed between June 2017 to June 2018
  • Outstanding analytical and methodical troubleshooting skills
  • Customer service, sales and sales process, communications and project management skills considered an asset
  • Pop-culture enthusiast, content user and sharer
  • Familiarity with gaming devices and culture
  • Experience working with social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Google+, etc) considered an asset
