New Graduate Leadership Development Program – Consumer

Gain cross-functional experience across our various Business Units with the Rogers New Grad Leadership Development Program and kick-start your career with us! Throughout the entire program, you'll have exposure to leadership and development training that will foster your potential. You'll be paired with an all-star support structure who will work with you to ensure your professional goals and objectives are realized. Your Business Unit: Consumer

At Rogers, we live and breathe customer experience and we work tirelessly to ensure a positive experience end-to-end. To really have an impact, our Consumer team is made up of our Customer Experience, Consumer Business, and central Brand teams. Our Consumer team blends strategic thinking with creative genius to connect Canadians with amazing products and services. You'll work on high-profile projects, uncover meaningful insights, inspire loyalty, and maximize our potential. Deliver your best with us.

  • Brand Coordinator (Rogers, Fido, chatr)
  • Consumer Insights Analyst
  • Campaign Measurement & Intelligence Specialist
  • Cable/Wireless Campaign Specialist
  • Marketing Analyst
  • Pricing Strategy Analyst
  • Channel Management Associate
  • Sales Support Coordinator
  • Design and Merchandising Specialist

Your Experience:

  • Enrollment in a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma in Commerce, Marketing or equivalent to be completed between June 2017 to June 2018
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills, with ability to develop strong relationships
  • Outstanding analytical and methodical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Customer Service, Sales and Sales Process, Communications and Project Management skills considered an asset
  • A strong collaborator and team player
  • Strong presentation skills and story-telling ability
  • Savvy social media user – experience working with social media management platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Hootsuite, Snapchat, etc) considered an asset
  • Experience in and/or understanding and interest in digital marketing an asset
  • Bilingual an asset
