The Procter & Gamble manufacturing plants in Belleville and Brockville Ontario are looking for people to join their Engineering & Manufacturing management teams.
The Belleville plant is the single supplier of Olay TM Daily Facials and Always TM products for North America and is the worldwide leader of product & technology development for our biggest category of Always TM products. The Brockville plant is the single global supplier of Bounce, Downy, Gain and Lenor dryer sheets and Tide, Ariel, Ace, & Dash stain pens. This site is also the sole North American supplier of the Swiffer TM branded Dusters, WetJet, Wet and Refills products. As key suppliers of these strategic brands, both the Belleville and Brockville plants have experienced significant technological and facilities investment over the past several years.
Manufacturing Technical Manager - Product Supply Manufacturing is responsible for every aspect of product making and is recognized as an industry leader for the development of innovative production systems and technologies. Managers in a production plant have far-reaching responsibilities which cover reliability, quality, safety of our equipment / processes and the motivation of the people working in the plant. Your career as a manufacturing manager starts in our production site. Your responsibilities can range from production process analyzing / optimization as a process engineer or implementation of new equipment / product upgrades as a start up leader, to a raw material manager who stays in contact with our suppliers in order to optimize the needed raw material for the production process.
Engineering Technical Manager - Are you thrilled by technology? The Engineering Department is looking for Technical Managers that are up-to-date with the latest technology, process-oriented thinkers and ambitious for technical innovation. You will be inventing, developing and reapplying manufacturing, process, and engineering technologies for our world-class consumer products, managing the company's multi-million dollar capital investments. Your work will be at leading edge of technical fields as power and control systems, process mechanical, chemical processing, capital management, and environmental engineering.
This kind of technical management (technical mastery combined with people management) widens your knowledge and you will be enabled and prepared for higher levels of responsibility. Especially at the beginning, but also during your whole career path, your development will be actively supported with comprehensive training programs and your hands-on experiences on your job. Preference is given to those individuals holding university degrees (or in their final year of study) in Engineering and Physical Sciences at the Bachelor, Masters or MBA's with a technical undergraduate degree, but will consider degrees from any discipline.
