SALES MARKETING COORDINATOR & TRAINER: Home Furnishings & Appliances

Are you a "Road Warrior" with an entrepreneurial spirit who is looking for an exciting sales and business development opportunity? We are seeking a Sales Marketing Field Coordinator and Trainer to help our British Columbia Retail partners by providing:

  • In store support on product knowledge and related sales training
  • In store merchandising
  • Category management
  • Profitability assessments with growth strategy development.

The primary objective of the role is to work with Retailers in the home furnishing and appliance sector to sell more of our programs and products to consumers, so the stores are more profitable and better able to assist their customers with after sales service issues.

This position is best suited to someone with an entrepreneurial spirit that can work both autonomously and as a team player. Servicing stores of our retailers across British Columbia, the hours are "retail" based and involve extensive regular travel.

A business degree and/ or prior field sales experience would be an asset.

We provide a car allowance, gas and cover all business expenses, laptop, cell and all tools and training required to fulfill the position. Base compensation is $35,000 plus BONUS, car allowance of $6,000 per annum, benefits and profit sharing (after 12 months), etc.
