Under the administrative direction of the Community Care Program Manager, provides community based physiotherapy to referred clients: and educates staff, caregivers and the community on rehabilitation interventions. This position includes regular travel throughout the health region.
- Degree or diploma in Physical Therapy from an approved school. Registered with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia and eligible for membership in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
- Two (2) years experience in acute care, long-term care facility or a community setting.
- Previous experience in medical equipment assessment, including mobility equipment.
- Valid class 5 BC Drivers license and use of personal vehicle.
