Licensed Practical Nurse Team Leader
Under the direction of the Clinical Care Coordinator, the LPN Team Leader contributes to the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of client centered care. The scope or extent of the skills the LPN Team Leader performs varies according to the predictability of the outcome for a given client population. The LPN Team Leader implements and frequently assesses all aspects of the Care Plan for clients in Assisted Living to ensure delivery of quality services. The LPN Team Leader is knowledgeable of and practices in accordance with the standards of practice as outlined by the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC (CLPNBC) and established organizational policies and procedures.
- - Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses and one (1) year of recent, related acute care or residential experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- - Current full practicing licensure with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of British Columbia (CLPNBC).
- - Class V BC Driver's License.
