Community Cancer Services Nurse - Smithers (Casual)
The Community Cancer Services Nurse is responsible for administering chemotherapy and providing oncology related care to the community oncology program. This nurse provides a link between the Health Council and the BC Cancer Agency. The nurse functions under the general direction of the Director of Patient Care Services.
- Graduate of an approved school nursing.
- Current practicing registration with College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia.
- Post-basic course in oncology nursing or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience acceptable to the employer.
- Chemotherapy certified.
