GLOBAL MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (GMT)

Want to apply your talent in a career that will stretch you to achieve more?

Our Global Management Trainee program immerses graduates in our business over the course of a challenging ten-month development program. You’ll hone your commercial experience and strategic abilities through roles with some of the world’s most celebrated brands. This is a holistic introduction to the global beer industry and how Labatt operates within it. You’ll learn every aspect of our business through unique, functional rotations, and form a team with other trainees to apply this cross-functional knowledge to designing and producing a beer prototype.

GLOBAL MBA (GMBA)

Searching for the fastest route to the future you want?

Our program begins with a one-week global induction where MBAs meet with senior leaders. You will also be put into teams and receive an Innovation Challenge Project that will be presented at the end of your first year. Additionally, Global MBAs will participate in two deep dives: a week of training in Sales, Supply, Operations or Marketing; and a week of training in one of six global geographic Zones. And you’ll benefit from an assigned mentor from our senior leadership team throughout your 12-month program.

LOGISTICS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (LDP)

If you’re an ambitious self-starter looking for a rewarding future in logistics and supply chain, we invite you to consider the Logistics Development Program at Labatt. Our 6-month program is designed to attract the brightest, most competitive graduates to take on challenging positions early in their careers. This is an opportunity to learn our business from the ground up and gain exposure to senior management – while developing the critical leadership skills and business experience necessary to make a real impact.

Are you passionate about brewing the best beers in the world?

Our 12-week program will allow you to launch your career in one of our 6 breweries across Canada. As a Brewery Group Manager trainee, you’ll gain leadership skills and insight into the craftsmanship of the world’s finest beers. It all starts with your full exposure to the brewing processes, operations, logistics and utilities departments behind Labatt’s high standards for quality, innovation and success.

Do you want to take on a challenging Field Sales position early in your career?

Our Sales Development Program attracts the brightest, most driven graduates and nurtures your talent by giving you relevant experiences right from the start. Sales Development Associates participate in an 8-week training program before their first entry-level role within our sales organization. We’ll encourage you to innovate and challenge the status quo, and we’ll give you great rewards as you turn your ideas into impact.

SUMMER INTERNSHIP

Ready for a taste of achievement with Canada’s leading brewer?

Our co-op positions and summer internships give you a chance to sample key areas of our business: Trade Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Finance, Accounting, IT, Corporate Affairs, People/HR.

You’ll learn from the best by working with our teams on value-added projects, with the opportunity to present to our Senior Leadership team at the end of your program. Canadian interns will also take on our “10 Principle Challenge” with US counterparts throughout the duration of the program.
