Our Global Management Trainee (GMT) Program is the best introduction to the way we do business. Period. It'll give you a cross-functional understanding of the business and set you up for rapid growth. Join our class of ambitious and determined GMTs in a 10-month intensive, cross-functional, learning experience. You'll travel to and work in different breweries and offices across the country getting to know top leaders along the way. Throughout this program, you'll also work with our innovation team on a Build a Brand project to flex your creative and analytical muscles while learning what it really takes to launch a new brand.
Your Training Journey
This 10-month rotational includes the following breakdown- with exact locations TBD closer to the August 2017 start date.
- (4 weeks) Global & Zone (North America) Induction
- (1 week) IT & Business Services
- (7 weeks) Brewery
- (1 week) Field Sales
- (1 week) Regional Sales
- (4 weeks) Wholesale Operations
- (3 weeks) Marketing
- (3 weeks) North American Headquarters
- (1 week) High-end Craft Brewing
- (4 months) Capstone Project
Regardless of the field, if you're the right fit for our culture, we'll take you as you are. Because even though a background in business, marketing, science, or engineering would definitely help, we're also open to philosophy, psychology, or even quantum mechanics majors, because all we really want is like-minded, hard-working and passionate professionals like us. We ask that you are fluent in English, bilingualism is of course a strong asset.

You're driven and have the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with proven analytical, influential and negotiation skills. And while you may have a preference, you are committed to experiencing opportunities across various functions and different regions in Canada during the program and into your first full-time position.
