Many graduates enter GE Canada through our Leadership Programs; 2-year developmental programs that combine rotational work experience with classroom training, mentoring and performance feedback.

• Financial Management Program: widely considered to be the premier program of its kind, it is the first step to a successful business career with GE.
• Commercial Leadership Program: develops marketing and sales skills through a strong core curriculum and challenging assignments in key sales and /or marketing roles.
• Edison Engineering Development Program: A total development program --you bring the passion for technology and we'll supply technical training and projects for you to excel on a world-class team. EEDP will advance your technical problem-solving skills through advanced courses in engineering and real life business experience.
• Operations Management Leadership Program: OMLP is an ideal entry point for engineers with the energy and drive to define and deliver world-class manufacturing processes, products and services. Operations at GE... the drivers of operational excellence for the company.
• Human Resources Leadership Program: A challenging rotational program focused on accelerated development of top potential human resources talent, with the purpose of creating a pipeline for HR leadership roles across GE.
