Team & Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic student who will be part of EDC's Strategic Change Services team. The team seeks to increase capacity and build strength to support EDC's corporate strategy and change agenda. We support EDC business strategies and strive to enhance EDC's capacity to initiate and embrace change through strategic change consulting on key corporate initiatives that assess risks, determine the impact on people and processes, plan for, and implement sustainable change.
The Student will support the change process by assisting in the development, implementation, and definition of strategic change requirements. Responsibilities will also include performing administrative duties to provide back up for various members of the team.
Our Ideal Student:
- Strategic thinker
- Excellent writing skills
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated from an Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Change Management or in a related field
- Has previous work term experience related to their field of study
- Strong computer systems skills: Excel (basic formulas and pivot tables), and Word, and has Hands on experience with an HR system (i.e Peoplesoft HCM)
- High attention to detail
- Enthusiasm to tackle any task, whether menial or complex
- Bilingual in both official languages (French and English)
