These are not your average sales or customer service jobs. At EF Education First, they're all about helping teachers and students discover the world through travel.

Getting a job these days is all about fit. You might be competing against dozens or even hundreds of other applicants who have similar education and experience to you, so you have to find ways to prove to employers that you're the right person for the job.

Carrie Bedesky is the Recruitment Co-ordinator at EF Education First in Toronto. Carrie is a recent grad herself – after completing a B.A. in Psychology at Western University (formerly the University of Western Ontario) and a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources at George Brown College, she did a four-month internship at a hotel and worked in the service industry.
When TalentEgg visited EF Education First's head office in downtown Toronto to go behind the scenes with recent grad employees Megan Parker, Aaron Griffiths and Mary Eskine, it was obvious why they love working there: everyone is passionate about travel and education!
