We are currently looking for participants for our Women's Leadership Conference. This exclusive one-day conference, hosted in downtown Toronto, is designed for women in undergraduate programs who are passionate about personal development and growing a successful career in finance. Position Description:

What does it take to join the conference?

Female candidates in an undergraduate program (Finance, Commerce and STEM programs) interested in our Investment and Finance & Operations groups who are returning to school in the Fall of 2017 are eligible to apply.  We look for candidates that have displayed academic success while balancing extracurricular activities, a strong skill set in valuation, analytics and/or computer programming as well as excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.  In addition, the ideal candidate often combines energy, enthusiasm, and intellectual curiosity, with demonstrated interest in investing.
