Role Mandate 

Reporting to the Manager Infrastructure services – Wintel in a Junior System Administrator Co-op role within Capital Markets and Risk Infrastructure, the co-op will assist in supporting the daily operational functions of the Windows server infrastructure hardware and applications administration and support. The daily operational tasks that this resource will be responsible for include responding to and addressing infrastructure alerts, managing / updating infrastructure support documentation and book of records, coordinating with operations resources on both short and long term project initiatives within the team. 


We are looking for talent who has 

• Both experience and a theoretical understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Active Director 
• Basic IT networking concepts and good collaboration skills in technical/infrastructure support team environments. 
• Studying Computer Science, IT, Computer Management, Application Development, or something related
