Intermediate Support Analyst Co-op

What you will do

• Work directly with database administrators and technical support analysts within Capital Markets and Risk Infrastructure
• Assist in supporting the daily operational functions of the DBA and Performance Monitoring team
• Respond to and address infrastructure alerts
• Manage ID/PW credential book of records
• Coordinating with operations resources on both short and long term project initiatives within the team 


What you have
• Experience with and a theoretical understanding of SQL and Oracle databases 
• Java programming
• Experience working in a technical/infrastructure support team 
• Understanding  of relevant technologies
• Strong analytical ability for problem solving
• Strong communication and technical writing skills
• Experience working with SCon would be considered an asset
